On April 1, 2025, there will be a question on the ballot that asks taxpayers for permission to utilize school facility tax funds for mental health professionals and school resource officers for both the Monmouth-Roseville and United School Districts.
We are not allowed to take a stance on the referendum, but we ask all taxpayers to do research into the benefits of having school resource officers in schools. If approved, we have worked with the Monmouth Police Department on a plan that will add another layer of safety for our students.
