Mrs. Skovronski’s class was working with partners on a perspective-taking activity. A prompt would show up on the board, they would draw a picture, and try to guess what they think their partner had drawn. This goes hand in hand with our respect character trait for the month of September! The kids loved it!

Mrs. Hippen's small group students were working on consonants and vowels during ELA time and drawing pictures to help remember their phonemic sounds!

We have a lot of fun things to celebrate at Harding! Yesterday, Ms. Grace Preston's students had fun welcoming her back as MRS. Grace Malone with a celebration! 🎉

Every minute matters and our staff work SO hard until the very end of the day! Our students take part in WIN (What I Need) time at the end of the day--Monday through Thursday. The students are organized by their skill needs and get to work with other teachers and students in the building. This week we are focusing on growing our MATH brains and check out just a few of the awesome things Mrs. Gladfelter got to see!

We are starting our next unit: Animal Classifications by being Zoologists and observing animals at the San Diego Zoo! The students loved it! 🐯🐼🐘🐆

We ALSO couldn't go without our 1st Clap in of the year! We celebrated top attendance in August for each grade level. The winners were Mrs. Kirkpatrick AND Mrs. Stockdale's class. Huge shout out to Mrs. Stockdale's class having 100%! They both get to have a glowing trophy for the month! 🎉

SURPRISE! 🎉 What a great way to kick off after a 3 day weekend! We had a SURPRISE ATTENDANCE DAY! We celebrated with fun music, an extra recess and extra Dojos for all!
